Dealer

Definition

Dealer - A player or non-player person in gaming table who deals playing cards to all players in the beginning of the round and changes the cards if game rules allow it. Dealer often is also responsible to make sure players understand rules of the game and obey them, as well changing money to playing chips and back.

Dealer is usually positioned center of the table or to any other orientation depending shape of the gaming table and amount of the players.
